In Scotland we are dedicated to providing information and creating support networks for families with twins, triplets or more.

We run practical preparing for parenthood sessions and antenatal classes throughout Scotland.
The antenatal classes are delivered by a midwife with multiple-specific experience and run between 10am and 3:30pm, with a light lunch provided.

The groups are kept small to allow everyone to get to know each other.

Our two hour practical preparing for parenthood sessions cover all the things you need to know before giving birth to multiples, but does not cover the birth or any medical information. We run these across Scotland at different days throughout the year between 7pm and 9pm.

We also engage with local maternity units, clinicians and the Scottish Government on issues affecting multiple birth families and support a number of twins and multiples clubs.

Our Scottish office is run by Helen Peck and is open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4.30pm.
